Terrible disinterested staff. Whoever served me was a miserable bugger who just about managed a “goodbye”. I think he was the manager/shift leader so it’s no surprising that the shop workers were similar. They also close the changing room(s) 1 hour before closing. When I pointed out they still had over 90 minutes the shop assistant laughed and said “can’t do nothing. I don’t have a key”. You would think for a shop charging £60-100 for jogging trousers and North Face t-Shirts £5-10 more than other shops they would be a bit more customer friendly.
