It's a place where it seems those of us who aren't Irish can't visit. The arrogance and bad manners of its employees stand out. I don't know the level of crime in Belfast, but it's a place where they make you feel bad behind your back, as if you were going to take your purchases without paying.

Wildly incompetent staff. Came to pick up a delivery order my girlfriend placed, they couldn't find the order number, and then tried making up an excuse that it hadn't been delivered yet and to come back tomorrow. I showed them the DPD delivery confirmation with the picture, then one of the staff came back and gave a feeble excuse that it was delivered and left 'in a weird spot in the backroom'. Wasted so much of my time, the careless kids they hire to run this place have no idea what they're doing
