My furnace died earlier this week. With the cold weather we've been having I know many people were impacted and service times were a bit longer. Thanks to James for taking the time to come out here and confirm it. As difficult and frustrating as it is to get news like that, James did his best investigating the cause and explaining it. Thanks to Bas for reaching out quickly the next day and organizing for Joe and Chris to come out the following day and replace it as soon as possible as we had no other heat source. Service was excellent. Quickly discovered that my hot water tank was going as well and were able to work this into being replaced at the same time. Joe and Chris were great at explaining things, answering questions, asking for permission to cut open walls and doing their best to clean up after all the work. Appreciate the quick professional service in restoring heat to our home and helping our family through this situation!
J D Swallows is good to deal with. They provide prompt service when needed and will explain troubleshooting on the phone at all hours if necessary. They take time to explain everything, for example, how to use my new thermostat and access it online. Ebeneezer was very polite and considerate, taking his time to do the part installation carefully and discuss the problem with me. I appreciate J D Swallows employees very much.
Great experience from start to end. Previous furnace was red tagged and shut off. That company couldn’t meet for 6 hours. I called JD and Kim was at the house within the hour going over my furnace options.very helpful. Technicians Chris and Joe were here early the next morning to install new furnace. They were professional, friendly and walked me through the changes with the new furnace and thermostat. Would highly recommend!!

Our installation team — Mike, Joe, and Chris — were exceptional. They arrived punctually each day, worked efficiently, and showed tremendous professionalism and courtesy. They were even mindful enough to schedule their work around our baby’s nap times, which we deeply appreciated. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in their work are clearly visible in the finished product, and the cleanup afterward was spotless. We’re thrilled with both the system’s performance and the entire experience of having JD Swallow in our home. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality HVAC work — especially if you care deeply about your home and want it in expert hands.
I recently moved into a home and Andre came to service my gas fireplace. He did an excellent job and answered all of my questions. The service included cleaning the logs/glass/and interior walls, checking the voltage of the burner system, as well as an emission test to make sure the seal was good. Very happy I went with JD Swallow Heating & Cooling for this service.
