Jenny is a treasure. I would run, not walk, to her for her sage advice, insightful reflections, and if you are feeling lost. I was really lost for a long time. Jenny helped me more than any therapist I've ever had. I was so at sea. She taught me grounding and several other incredible techniques (that just come to her intuitively)to get me back to myself. It's like she knows exactly what you need in the moment. I was constantly surprised at what she had to offer. There is only so much I can convey in words about her capacities. This woman is so intuitive, creative, knowledgeable, compassionate, and insightful. You never know what amazing counsel you are going to get but, I promise you it will be life-changing. Thanks to Jenny I am more myself, at peace with myself, opened up to possibilities than I have ever been. I am moving in five months and starting a new chapter of my life with curiosity and a new sense of adventure. No longer in a state of fear. She is a treasure. My gratitude for Jenny will never cease. I hope she knows how much I have benefitted from her being in my life.

Jenny is amazing. I visit Jenny when I encounter any internal conflicts and she assists in helping to guide me to sort these conflicts out so I can move on positively. Jenny has SEVERAL resources in her tool belt. What I'm most amazed with, is she intuitively utilizes the right method or tool at the right time, based on what the situation requires as she is dealing with you. She has adept ability with listening, empathy, and eliciting your own greatest virtues. Jenny doesn't use some cookie cutter script when you work with her. Instead, you receive her complete, undivided interest, with success training customized to YOU. I will readily say, Jenny has profoundly helped to lead me to seeing life differently - a refreshed way of viewing myself, relationships, as well as the planet. Thanks Jenny!!!!

Jenny is a gifted energy healer, spiritual advisor, hypnotherapist, NLP & EFT practitioner, and meditation guide. And that's just one facet of her work. Before meeting Jenny, I was a busy working mom spread way too thin. I was so stressed and frustrated that I was feeding my kids super-healthy foods, but sneaking junk food for myself to cope with the stress. I didn’t have any time to relax, exercise or take care of myself. The stress was even taking its toll on my marriage. As Jenny and I began working together, I realized there was pain from my past that was upping my stress levels today. I needed to release those experiences so that my weight loss would be easy and lasting. Jenny helped me to find and drop my baggage so much faster than any psychology appointment, and it’s been great! I’m a much happier and secure person. I was surprised at how much negativity I was carrying around and how worthless I felt about myself. Jenny has helped to remove this quickly with each session. We tackled some of my eating issues and now I find that I don't emotionally eat like I used to. At the end of our sessions, I found that I had lost about 8 pounds. It’s been a couple of months since my last session and I still don’t think about things that used to bother me deeply. I feel that Jenny really was helpful in clearing the negative issues and finding my self-worth and that is more important for a healthier me. She has also given me tools and recordings to help with my day-to-day life that release the stress as a full time working mom.

Jenny is the real deal! I couldn't recommend her more highly. After years of feeling like I couldn't control my weight, I went to Jenny. After the first session, I stopped craving bread (my big weakness). Without feeling hungry or deprived, I started losing weight immediately, and after 3 months, I have lost 30 pounds, and am still losing about 1 pound per week. The crazy thing is, I'm not on a diet. With Jenny's help, I just eat better foods. I feel and look like I haven't in more than 10 years. I hold myself differently, I walk differently, and my clothes don't fit! In addition, my blood pressure is down and, I'm working with my doctor to reduce/eliminate blood pressure and cholesterol meds. My doctor was so impressed with the changes, he asked for Jenny's phone number so her could refer other patients to her. In addition to weight loss, Jenny has helped me to reduce stress, relax, and feel more confident. Jenny is now helping me improve my business. She has truly helped me transform and I'm deeply grateful.
