I found Christine through a Google search just over a year ago. Since then I have learned so much about myself and my health. I work shift work, and often struggle with feeling tired. She taught me about paying attention to my energy needs and to take rest when necessary. It felt like she was genuinely invested in seeing me grow and learn to create better habits. The entire process was about making lifestyle changes rather than yo-yo dieting/losing weight. Christine is incredibly motivating and supportive. She adjusts workouts based on your check-ins, and is always available to answer questions. I’m so grateful to have found her, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who feels stuck in creating better habits. Thank you for everything Christine!

Working with Christine was a great experience. I had been feeling stuck, and she helped me build on the work I had already done with a previous trainer so I could start making progress again toward my goals. The exercises were tailored to what I was working toward, and both she and Bettina, the nutritionist, provided helpful education that allowed me to better understand my own needs. Christine is kind, supportive, and genuinely motivating, and I always felt encouraged rather than pressured. Bettina was amazing and played a big role in helping me better understand my nutrition in a way that felt realistic and sustainable. I’m very grateful for the foundation they helped me build.

This review is a little overdo! I have nothing but the best things to say about the team at Jensen Fitness. I worked with Rachelle on my diet and on a workout strategy with Shane. Aside from learning a ton, I had a transformational experience. Rachelle’s knowledge about gut health led to the development of a diet that resulted in the disappearance of heart palpitations that I had for years and that would intensify during periods of higher stress. These palpitations had prevented me from training more intensely for over a decade. Now I was able to hit the gym hard. I found our discussions very insightful as well. Rachelle is wise beyond her years! Whereas Shane was very knowledgeable in setting up a workout plan that ratcheted up intensity as my diet was paying dividends. He changed up the routine every few weeks and it kept my body on its toes. I lost 10lbs over a short amount of time, and I got much stronger. I have now resumed playing hockey (2-3 times a week) and I continue to workout daily, inspired by my workouts with Shane. I just did a 4 day mountain backpacking trip that I could never have done with those damn palpitations in the past. I am so grateful to this team for their knowledge and highly recommend them to anyone serious about making a lifestyle change. They make a real difference, but you have to want to make it too. Thank you guys!!!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Christine at Jensen Fitness! I have been working with Christine virtually for over a year now and have learnt so much from her. I love having all of my workouts planned out and personalized for me, all I had to do was show up to the gym and execute. Having Christine as a coach has made it easy to stay accountable and complete my workouts every week. Christine is so prompt in answering questions, and is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and diet. When I started the program, I was 6 months post hip surgery and I credit Christine’s coaching and personalized programming for helping me recover. With Christine’s help I now feel stronger than ever - we have built muscle, improved my flexibility and mobility, improved my posture and lost fat. I also had a great experience working with their dietician. Christine and Rachelle had a very balanced approach to food and I never felt hungry or deprived. I’m now equipped with some healthy, easy meals that I continue to reach for. Thank you so much Christine for helping me create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
