I like the fact I can go in there and not have to purchase gas if I don’t need gas to get a quick car wash and I have never had to wait in line but I’m sure there have been lines. Worked out well today that’s for sure.

If I Could Give Zero Stars, I Would 😩 I took my car through this wash expecting a routine clean, but it turned into a complete nightmare. The conveyor belt malfunctioned while my car and I were inside, and when I finally exited, I found deep scratches and dents down the sides, a punctured rear tire, and a car that looked like it had barely survived a battle. Frustrated, I went into the Shell station and found the car wash attendant casually chatting with the cashier—completely unaware of what had happened. At first, they apologized and assured me they would cover the repairs. But just a few hours later, I received an email from Dean Hammond, the general manager backtracking on that promise, leaving me with a damaged car and a hefty repair bill. Now that I’m reading other reviews, I see this isn’t an isolated incident—this has happened to other customers too. Clearly, they are aware that they have issues with malfunctioning equipment but continue to operate without taking responsibility. This business does not stand behind its service or take accountability for the damage it causes. Avoid at all costs. Attached are just a few pictures showing only some of the damage.

Think I’ve been GHOSTED after months of waiting for my bug deflector. Blanca my truck feels a lil naked 😢 stay tuned….5 star down to 1. This jet auto wash tor off my bug deflect from my Tahoe but I give a 5 star rate because Dean says “he’ll take care of it”; asked for pictures and proof and now I wait…..patiently 🙏

DO NOT USE THIS WASH!!!!! This guys car wash broke my windshield. Entered with a perfectly good windshield. No chips or damage what so ever. Once I exited there was a massive crack in my windshield. Made the complaint to the manager Dean and sent him photos. Couldn’t have been more rude or dismissive about the situation and told me to take a hike and he wouldn’t be paying for any damage repairs. He literally brought another person out to try and intimidate me which was kinda funny. Looks like I’m out $1000 for a new windshield because of this guys car wash. If you have any sense don’t use this guys service. As you can see with all the other reviews, he’s done this dozens and dozens of times. Pretty sad state when a “family owned” business treats its customers this way. I guess they don’t have any family values. Stay far away from this place. They will damage your vehicle and then tell you to take a hike.

Beware! The owner of this place focus only on advertisement strategies. The customer service and business ethos hard to find. Just heads up, this place is not associated with Shell Gas Station. They have their own separate business, within the premises of Shell Gas Station. Do not visit the place with the image of Shell business. This place is a nightmare for cars older than 7 years, even though if the car is in mint condition, well maintained with the dealership. Something damaged inside wash system, they wont cover even if your car is totaled. My car's hood deflector was broken in the wash. The person at Service acknowledged this and even showed me the broken hood part left inside the wash. So, reaching the Manager is even hard. The person serving handed me over the E-mail of manager to report the damage. The E mail was not responded for a week. Approached there again, then got the direct line of manager. The non-responsive Manager did not bother to give a call back even after seeing the missed calls. Somehow, i reached him over the call after continuous efforts. I showed the Manager the damage done as my car has always been maintained with the dealership and I always care to maintain my car in good shape. First impression of manager said that he is not bothered about the cars older than 7 years, let them even be crushed inside car wash and he give a damn! Then I requested him to reach some deal or pay some part of damages. He checked the CCTV images and confirmed the damage was done inside wash but cannot do anything because the car is 7 years old. Then he gave me a false assurance to reach the owner of Car Wash on my behalf and assured to give me a call. 3 Months no contact from their side. I spent 150 dollars at dealership to replace the part and pledged not to come back and even gave up their membership even though i had 15 days left for my membership period. Good Luck Jet Wash! You people can hire a real jet plane to advertise over KWC region but an ultimate failure in customer service.
