I have been working with Gabby since January, and it has been a game-changer. After training with her 3x a week, I’ve seen huge improvements in mobility as well as body comp, graduating to heavier weights and different exercises weekly. She’s extremely attentive and pays attention, it doesn’t feel like we are just never just “going through the motions.” Gabby is good at programming a variety of exercises to switch things up and hit every muscle group. She is also easily able to adjust our sessions in real-time if there is an injury or issue. She’s the best! Can’t recommend her enough.
