Jetts is genuinely a great gym and the staff are always supportive. I’ll be real though, I was close to leaving when the new gym XF opened and I even went there for a workout. But it made me realise I’ve got a real emotional attachment to Jetts. This is where I’ve put in the work, chased my goals, and seen the biggest changes in my body. My bad for even thinking about leaving 🙏🏾 still excited to workout here, just the same as when I joined last March

Their service and system are both terrible. There is no proper cancellation option anywhere on the website or in the app, and when you try to contact them, you either get no reply or they claim they “never received your email.” I used the official Help function in the Jetts app to request cancellation, but later they said it “doesn’t count” because it wasn’t sent to their “designated inbox.” How can an official in-app help channel not be valid? That’s completely unreasonable. I didn’t use the gym at all after I tried to cancel, yet they still tried to charge me for another month, quoting hidden terms and conditions that most customers never see. The whole process feels designed to make cancellation as difficult as possible. This gym’s management system is outdated, customer service is unhelpful, and the overall experience is full of frustration and unnecessary stress. Would definitely not recommend Jetts Oxford Road to anyone. Be very careful before signing up — getting out is much harder than joining

Came here on a day trial and the gym is so beautiful and neat. Cleanest gym I’ve ever been to where everybody puts their equipment away when done using it. I will definitely be coming back.

This gym is so cool! It's got such a great vibe, the staff are so friendly and the equipment is new and fresh. Love the lighting not too dark but has a few neon for a great atmosphere and music isn't too loud I can actually focus. Never too busy either better than any gym I've ever been too. I would definitely recommend to check it out and they do a Free Trial so defo worth it.

An extremely well kitted out gym in a gorgeous location! There isn’t a workout you wouldn’t be able to get done in here, with how Jetts have used the space and laid out impeccably. They have fantastic lighting in here and it really adds to the workout. A nice cherry on top of the great facilities and equipment.
