P1 is truly an amazing gym. The small group personal training feels like a real community, and the coaches are the heart of it, supportive, knowledgeable, and always ready to have a laugh. Even on days when I’m not feeling my best, they look out for me and make sure I still get a great session in. It’s a place where you feel encouraged, cared for, and genuinely enjoy showing up.
Joining P1 has been one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. Abby, Pete, Ben and Mel have created such a warm and welcoming environment, a place where you are challenged and pushed but also encouraged and supported in equal measure. The structured sessions are ideal for everybody but especially for people who are new to strength training. All I have to do is make sure I turn up on time and do the work – the P1 team does the rest. Becoming a P1 member means joining a gym where the team care about you and your fitness journey, celebrate your fitness milestones (both in and out of the gym) and are most importantly decent and kind people. Would recommend P1 to everybody.
P1 has exceeded every expectation. I joined six months ago looking for a gym I would want to show up to time and time again. Training at P1 is a wonderful experience. Abby, Peter, Ben and Mel are what truly make P1 the amazing place it is. Wow P1 Fitness has literally changed my life! After attending PT with Ben at another gym i knew i would be in safe hands when i joined. But i got another 4 amazing PTs. Professional, authentic, knowledge is exceptional and genuinely care about you and your needs/wants. Plus great people to train with in a small personal training setting. Love the booking system. Would not be without them.
