Went today for advice on a necklace where one of the chains had fallen off. Another jeweller had said they were not able to fix but the team fixed it within seconds. Great customer service and will be recommending to friends and family for any repairs.

I had an issue with my watch as the clasp wasn’t working properly and it also needed a link taken out. Becky at Jewellery Repair Centre Bromley was fantastic — she fixed everything quickly and efficiently, and my watch is now working perfectly. Excellent service and very friendly. Highly recommend

Brian went out of his way to find a beautiful velvet jewellery pouch, which was so thoughtful and so appreciated. His service was warm, genuine and attentive from start to finish. Amazing service from Brian! I needed the crystal of my watch replaced urgently and they sorted it in a matter of days! Very reasonable prices and good quality work. Will definitely recommend.

Amazing customer service!! Brian redesigned and resized a set of rings for my nephew on his wedding day!! Finished good looks so beautiful and perfectly done and super quickly. Brian is always so talented and cheerful to answer any questions I have got with a big smile on his face. Good communication skills and helpful customer services, I can’t ask for more!!
