My girlfriend loves the ring so much she has been reminding me two to three times a week for the past month to write this review. It just so happened to be the first spot we stopped at since his shop number was the same as her email she's had since childhood and it ended up being the only shop we needed to stop by that day. Van was wonderful to talk to and we enjoyed his company while she tried on different settings looking for one that felt right. It was a wonderful experience and the rings we got are absolutely perfect.

Van is the man. As new jewelry customer, I was intimidated by all the new terms I had to learn. I was constantly worried that I was an easy target for predatory business practices. An engagement ring is a big purchase! My partner wanted a specific stone with a specific setting and Van led me through the whole process step by step. He offered a super reasonable price. When the delivery truck was delayed, Van immediately called to let me know. He even emailed me a screenshot of the new expected delivery time. Even though I was younger and less experienced, I felt treated with dignity and respect. He is a solid business man and has my trust. I hope he sticks around at least another 5 years so I can shop there again. Thank you Van!

Van is an absolute pleasure to work with! I wanted a very specific shade of blue sapphire - closer to a lighter sky blue, and Van helped source a selection of sapphires that fit the criteria. We ended up picking a light blue, unheated sapphire. I also was hoping that the ring that would look like a flower, but left it up to my partner and Van to design. Van was a thought partner throughout the whole process and helped it all come to life! I'd say on the whole, you can't go wrong working with Van. His service is great, his prices are fair, and the end results is well executed. (Even if you're not looking for a custom ring, I would still recommend Jewelry Exchange.) I've referred a few friends and will definitely be referring other friends to his store!

Van is simply the best! Me and my dad just happened to stop by his store without an appointment (we were lucky) and he took us in regardless. When we were working with him it was like working with someone that truly understood the importance of his work. With over 40+ years of experience we really were lucky to work with such a wonderful guy. Thank You so much Van! Me and my fiancé can’t wait to work with you more in the future! :D
