The quality and service has stood the test of time. In 2009, my husband purchased a pair of beautiful diamond studs for me, which I absolutely adored. A few years ago, I nearly lost one, and the fear of that happening kept me from wearing them.
To honor our 25th anniversary, my husband suggested upgrading my ring with a larger diamond, as much as I appreciated his generous offer, I couldn’t bear the thought of parting with my original stones. When I admitted I’d stopped wearing the earrings, he suggested we visit Sandra and her team to explore options. I’m so grateful we did.
Sandra remains the same, incredibly patient and attentive. She listened to my concerns, examined the earrings, and determined that the stones were perfect candidates for a ring redesign. The result? A breathtaking five-stone stunner that took my breath away. I am over the moon with my new ring and with the fact that my cherished diamonds now have a new life. While we were there, we also had my husband’s rings and my wedding bands resized, and his ring shines exactly as it did the day I first placed it on his finger.

I’ve bought ear rings, necklaces, daughter’s ear rings, and now a replacement wedding ring! Every time that I go to the diamond exchange, all the staff is always so so nice. I have two kiddos, one is nine years old and the other is two years old and they are always amazing with them. This place is amazing! If you are looking for any type of jewelry, they should be on your radar. They are very easy to work with, and they are great with assisting you with anything that you require..A++++ service! Will not be going anywhere else for jewelry other than the San Francisco diamond exchange! And you shouldn’t either!! Give them a call if you need anything!

I received phenomenal service here. I stumbled upon them on Google when I was looking for places in San Francisco that carried salt and pepper diamonds. I was creating a custom engagement, that I've dreamt about for many years. I had a very specific style in mind. Round brilliant cut salt and pepper diamond, cathedral setting, natural white diamonds on the pave, and set in rose gold. They made my dream a reality! I had so many questions, because I wanted to make sure everything was exactly how I pictured. Ben is who helped me create my gorgeous ring. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The whole staff there is super warm and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond. I could not be happier with the finished product, customer service, price, and overall experience. When it comes to a piece of jewelry you are going to wear for the rest of your life, you want it to be absolutely perfect, and they made that happen. I will only come here for all my jewelry needs and I recommend this place to anyone who wants amazing service and amazing products.
