As a full time dancer & dance teacher, weekly sessions at Jireh Cryo with Dr Nel have boosted flexibility and mobility in my overall dance performance. Weekly sessions have also helped with discomforts due to sitting & working from home. This is my second time at Jireh Cryotherapy. EJ, the owner was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the benefits of the therapies he offers, and it was refreshing seeing someone so passionate about helping their community. All the equipment was very clean and maintained. With the accelerated recovery from the cryo i am able to train harder and punish my muscles far past i was able to before. This therapy is a game changer that many people can benefit from.

I had an amazing experience at Jireh Cryotherapy! As a competitive bodybuilder I train hard and heavy. Often resulting in sore muscles and overall body fatigue. The day of my therapy at Jireh my lower back was tight and sore, also my knees, quads, and hamstrings were sore from my leg workout the previous day. EJ was awesome! He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained the process to me and helped ease my apprehension of the extreme cold temperatures I was about to enter. In 3 minutes I exited the chamber and within seconds I realized the pain, tightness, soreness was all gone. But the best part was the mental clarity almost euphoric feeling I had, it was amazing! I am a true believer in the benefits of Cryotherapy.
