I have been going to mad house for about 4 weeks now! I absolutely love it! The instructors, music and atmosphere are TOP TIER! I havent worked out in so long and I haven’t had a dance class since 2008 but the low impact options help me! I didn’t feel intimidated at all being so out of shape. I’ve built my stamina up and my confidence! The energy is always unmatched. My flight attendant work schedule sometimes doesn’t allow me to be in class but I can take the online classes with me to whatever city I’m in. My mom came to visit and she kept seeing me do my twerk dance moves. It’s infectious! I’m so happy I joined. Even though after every class I’m tired from the workout, I’m always excited to come back. I love the variation of classes ex cardio, twerk, and choreo. LOVE LOVE LOVE. I have been in 9 instructor classes and I recommend each and everyone one. Get ready to feel like a baddie and shake your booty !

I really had fun, girls only, such a fun crowd. Great place to meet awesome girls, girls. The owner definitely passed my 2 minute vibe check, what a talented fun loving owner who pours her heart into her beautiful art and studio.
