Great Environment, Excellent Training! Prof. Rodrigo Gracie Jr. and Prof. Laurie Gracie are serious and dedicated practitioners of Jiu-Jitsu who make every training session accessible for everyone, at every level. My technique and confidence improved phenomenally in just a few training sessions. I had an amazing experience at this Jiu-Jitsu gym during our vacation in Honolulu! The atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and everyone made us feel right at home. Special thanks to Moku, our instructor, for his excellent guidance and support. Will definitely be back on our next trip!

K-Team is such an amazing place! My boy has been going here for a month now and has learned so much. Scott and the other K-Team coaches have taught my son more than Jiu-Jitsu in that short time. Through the discipline, obedience, and attention, the difference from when my son first started till now is unbelievable. The lessons are priceless and I couldn't be more grateful! My son is much more confident and happy since starting and looks forward to every class.

Great place to learn Relson Gracie Jiu Jitsu. Instructors are direct Black Belts under the Grandmaster and this is one of the few places in Hawaii that the Grandmaster frequents whenever he is in the islands. They also have a awesome family like atmosphere, and you get personal attention at every class. Highly recommended!
