I spent over 200 bucks here to get my sons phone fixed and was advised to get a screen protectant and case to for protection (which the price was doubled as it usually cost 80-90 bucks at my usual repair place but this one was closer)...within 2 weeks this phone was broke again with the same issue after just spending $200. He says my son dropped the phone. Which wasn't possible because he was home with it for 2 days so even if he dropped it on smooth carpet at home there is no way this phone should have broke so easily with a case and protected screen on carpet. The screen he previously replaced had to be of low quality and so was the screen protector he requested. My household has the same phone. I drop mine on the floor often...no case...no screen protector.....no scratch or screen break .. now my son gets a new screen after spending 200 it breaks less that 2 weeks with all the protection on it. And as expected I received no assistance...why would I pay another 200. Safe to say I would never ever go to this place again. I would advise others as well unless you like throwing away money

WOW!!! COME HERE 1ST!!!! I went to 3 other repair places for a phone with severe water damage. I was told there was nothing that could be done, but JJ CELL PHONE REPAIR FIXED IT!!!!! WOW!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! My aunt is 77 and thought she had lost all her data, but here we are! Phone working!

I came in because my phone wasn’t charging and turns out the port was broken. John was friendly, knowledgeable and fast!! This is my 3rd time here. He fixed my niece’s broken phone screen the first time I came. I had purchased a screen protector for her which has come in handy. Also, the phone chargers are quick! I will be returning for all my future phone repair needs. :)
