My 2yr old took it upon himself to take my green tea and pour it into the keyboard of my laptop. And I, not knowing I wasn't suppose to, instantly turned it on. And it went completely out. I didn't know what to do and I was losing my mind because I use my laptop for a lot of different things. So I went to google not knowing who I could call or trust and I took a chance on JM ELECTRONICS. I sent him a text explaining the situation and he responded instantly. He came and pick up my laptop and gave me the diagnosis the same night. And he got to work. And he even worked with me on the payment because I didn't have the full payment right off. The service was great, and lets just say when I got my laptop back it was like new. Hopefully nothing like this ever happens again but if it do, I WILL NOT HESITATE TO CALL HIM. Sorry for the long post.
I recently bought a new computer cabinet so i had to disconnect everything. Well, I THOUGHT I could reconnect everything myself. NOT. i contacted J.D McClure and he responded immediately and we set up an appointment for him to come to my home and he assured me he would have me up and running in no time. And thats what he did. He is very knowledegable and very amiable. He will be my go to man for any future problems. I highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed.
Jerico was amazing to work with! He was very accommodating with my schedule for pickup and drop-off, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, even pointing out some underlying issues I wasn’t aware of and offering multiple solutions. He went above and beyond with his recommendations and tips — I’ll definitely be using JM Electronics again in the future!
Sincerely amazing customer service, quickly responded to all texts. Very patient when i was explaining my issue. Reasonable pricing. Great computer knowledge. When I explained my problem over the phone he told me what to purchase on Amazon. I still wasn't able to fix it. He did a house call, had me up and running in minutes.
