Got a deep tissue massage as i had extreme tightness in neck and shoulders. Massage was great! A little painful at times; deep tissue LOL. Pain and tightness was gone on the drive home!

Yoyo was amazing. She greeted me with a smile and made sure that I was comfortable. She was so kind, I felt welcomed, appreciated and valued as a client. I really appreciated the smile, kindness and professionalism. As a black woman I dont always receive such. I even received a cute little keychain. I have never went to a spa and got a gift. She signed me up for points and explained how it worked. She took her time with my massage, no hasty rushed movements. She was intentional and listened to me and my muscles. The room was super clean, it smelled good and the sheets were fresh and clean. I'm dumping my spa in Coppell this is now my new spot.

The ambience was nice, and the room was comfortable, which made for a relaxing environment. The massage itself was okay, but nothing to rave about. I’ve had this therapist twice now, and both times the pressure wasn’t strong enough for a deep tissue massage, even after mentioning it. If I go again, I’ll need to make sure someone else is available to see if the experience improves.
