Joanne and her team are just brilliant. For a fussy ragdoll who won’t let me touch her with a comb at home, they somehow handle and manage her well enough to get a full body groom every time. My cat is squirmy and loud, but they remain patient and calm and know when she’s had enough. I wouldn’t go anywhere else - highly recommend!

Joanne and her team are brilliant. Been going to Joanne’s for a while now to have both my Maine Coons trimmed as their coats get very long and unruly, Joanne is so great with them and always gets the job done efficiently and leaves them looking neat and tidy. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We waited a long time for Babas appointment as our previous groomer stopped doing cats. We were called at least once a week with the offer of cancellations. Joanne and her coworker done the most fabulous job of Babas lion cut. I got to stand by the table, and within 30 mins Baba had his nails trimmed and lion cut complete. He was also at so at ease and enjoying being groomed for the first time. Honestly can't rate this place enough, top service! Thank you
