Went in to the shop for the first time the other day for new watch batteries and a clean. Wonderful service, and great work. Love to support local businesses. Went in for a second time to get links taken out of a new watch, again wonderful service. I would recommend this shop to everyone for any jewelry needs, especially watches.

I worked coast to coast during my military career and wore my Omega Seamaster for most of it. When my watch needed some work, I read these same reviews and decided to bring it in. I was truly impressed with both the hospitality and professionalism I received from the staff. It is refreshing seeing that kind of customer service in today’s world where it is becoming less and less common particularly in markets saturated by large companies. A huge thank you to Joe Rosenberg Jewelers for getting my watch back up and running in a very timely manner. I can’t recommend them enough.

I have a solar watch that had a battery with low charge which impacted its ability to keep time (never had this happen in the 12 years of owning it). Left it out in the open to let it charge, but it did not work. I took it to Joe Rosenberg Jewelers and they told me to take it back home and put it directly under a desk lamp and leave it there over the weekend. Problem solved in just a few hours. Very simple problem to solve, but I appreciate their honesty. Thanks for the help!

I rarely write google reviews but I couldn’t resist in this case. I took two watches to Rosenberg’s to have the hour markers reattached to their faces. I had to leave town after dropping them off but Jim repaired them (immaculately) and shipped them to me within just a few days. And for a very fair and affordable price. I will be a faithful customer to Rosenberg’s for the rest of my life.

From the moment I walked into Joe Rosenberg Jewelers I felt like family. Very warm greeting and immediate willingness to help. I had two smaller pendants on an older chain I needed transferred to a new larger 6mm chain. Jim immediately came over and let me know he could handle it. Original quote time on work was about 5 days, Jim finished in two. It’s absolutely beautiful, I can’t thank Jim enough. These were extremely sentimental pieces and I can’t think of anyone else in Lexington I would trust leaving them with. If anything, I feel bad for not tipping extra in cash for how outstanding the work was. Do yourself a favor and go to Joe Rosenberg Jewelers for anything you need.
