Now that we’re engaged I can officially post a review! Aimee and the rest of the Shelia Bayes team were an absolute dream to work with!! I came in with a two ring designs that I loved from Etsy and from a ring I had tried at a vintage store. Aimee was able to pull a lab diamond and a moissanite stone for me to compare since I had had my heart set on moissanite. I ended up being able to order my own stone off of Etsy to have them set. Once we decided between the two initial designs, Aimee immediately got a sample setting for me to try to be able to get something on my finger as we weren’t quite sure on the proportions of the side stones. She worked with me to get it just right and sent the digital drawings and even had a wax model made of the proper proportions for me to try. I wanted the final product to be a surprise for engagement day and my oh my is it beautiful!! They provided my now fiancé with multiple boxes (including a slim box that was very well hidden in his pocket on proposal day). 5/5 stars, would recommend to anyone and everyone!!

“Super disappointed with this place. We dropped off my late grandmothers ring to be appraised and not only were they late on getting the appraisal done, but they “misplaced” the ring box it was given to me in. When telling us what may have happened, they gave us contradicting stories. At the end of the day, it’s just a box, however the box and ring inside still held sentimental value, and they were careless in that manner.” This was my initial review after my experience with them, however, shortly after this incident, Sheila Bayes herself called me to apologize. This meant more to me than providing any kind of monetary compensation. She is right back up to 5/5 stars. Things happen, but how you handle them makes all the difference. Thank you Sheila Bayes!
