I called this office twice and spoke with the assistant, Maria, both times. On the first call, I explained my complex situation and was quoted an extremely high fee and told to call back. On the second call, I was informed that Mr. Mann does not handle family court criminal matters, which contradicted the earlier conversation. The communication felt impersonal and inconsistent, and the experience left me feeling unclear about the services offered.
