James was incredibly easy and pleasant to work with. He really took the time to listen to my vision and brought it to life beautifully. My dog had chewed through a section of my couch’s armrest, and James created custom cuffs that not only fixed the damage but looked amazing—like they were always part of the design. His pricing was very reasonable, and the fact that he came into my home to sew them on himself was such a great bonus. He’s a genuinely kind person, and if I could give him more than five stars, I absolutely would. I’ll definitely be coming back to him for any future upholstery needs. It was truly a pleasure having James do this service for me.

James matched the stitching exactly on the new pieces to the originals from Pottery Barn. I think the quality of the work by Luker Upholstery is even better than the Pottery Barn originals!
