My husband and I went into Klopfenstein Furniture & Flooring to find a new living room set. The store was quite busy, but when we were finally able to meet a salesperson, we had the best experience! Her name is Dianne and she was super easy and knowledgeable to work with...would highly recommend asking for Dianne if you are in the market for furniture!

My wife and I just purchased a kitchen set, table / chairs , a sofa , loveseat along with end tables. When we purchased the loveseat, we asked them to take out the electronic middle section and ask if we got a discount for taking it out. No discount, so we requested it be delivered to us at the same time they brought all our furniture. Delivery day came and no middle section was brought on the truck. We were told someone from Warehouse could deliver it to us in a van. Nothing came of that, so we stopped by the local store of Lima on 6/20 and spoke to our sales rep. He said he would check to see if it was at that warehouse and would deliver it to use personally on Monday. It’s now Friday 6/27, and we have no response or calls from anyone. So it’s now our responsibility to go pick up the part they should have to deliver on the truck. We received this text on Monday evening after speaking to our sales rep the day after our delivery. Good morning Chris! Our delivery manager confirmed that he spoke with you on Friday to verify that we do have your console at our Distribution Center ready for you to pick up! They are open today until 4pm, Tuesday - Friday 10am - 6pm, and Saturday 9am - Noon at 3725 N Wells St!

We bought a sturdy Flex steel reclining sofa and 2 chairs about 2 1/2 years ago. Our furniture usually lasts a very long time since it is just my husband and I living here. About a month ago the back developed a rip when we called we were told the frame was only thing under warranty so $150 later. It is fixed. In the last 2 weeks both seats of the sofa started ripping. We called in a seperate repair person (who said they could fix it for $200) and he said it looked like faulty thread. So beware. An already VERY expensive sofa is costing us more all the time and they are selling furniture with faulty thread.
