Booking John was easily the best decision my husband and I made during wedding planning! John was our dream photographer! Like most couples, my husband and I didn't have much experience having photos taken of us. John was incredibly personable, fun, and authentic and our photos truly feel like they capture us. It felt more like a friend was taking our photos than someone we didn't know! John was also a joy to work with during wedding planning. He was prompt with communication, thorough in his planning of the day, and sent us our full gallery in just a few weeks! John made such a great impression on us that we are hoping to use him for any photo opportunities we may have in the future! John was an absolute pleasure to work with! Even though we booked on short notice, he was incredibly flexible and made scheduling a breeze. On the day of the shoot, he had a warm, easygoing presence that put everyone at ease—he even got the whole family smiling naturally, which isn’t always easy. He struck the perfect balance between giving direction and letting moments unfold. The photos turned out beautifully—authentic, joyful, and full of emotion. Highly recommend John to anyone looking for a talented and down-to-earth photographer.
John is an amazing photographer! We worked with him for both our engagement and wedding photos. Both times our photos were sent back to us way under his estimate and they look gorgeous! Our wedding photos do a perfect job of capturing the atmosphere, movement and sheer joy from that day. The candid pictures are some of our favorites - especially of our family. Also, the wedding day was seamless. He didn’t need to direct us much. It felt like the pictures were well woven into our event in a way that felt natural and kept us enjoying the evening. Our pictures with each other are stunning. He gave us prompts and ideas to better capture our love. I’m so in love with our photos and I would hire him again and again!
