The garage door opener installed by the previous owner of my house had reached the end of its expected useful life and had stopped working. Precise Garage Doors Services ("PGDS") said they could fix it in about 90 minutes but they got it done in under an hour! Leo came to my house on November 23, 2025. The garage door would close and automatically reopen. Leo was able to diagnose what the garage needed. He replaced the two springs, two drums, and the torsion pipe. Also, Leo provided a new Genie universal keypad. Thank you Leo for being thorough.
