Awesome customer service and commitment to professional and long lasting repairs. The team was quick to respond and arranged to come on a holiday Monday to review the work and was able to find the problem and provided a quote on the spot to repair our couch. Ricky dismantled our couch and took the seating section away to rebuild better than new. He also returned with-in 48 hours to reinstall the section and accommodated a late day appointment to avoid taking time off work. Couch is like a throne now and I look forward to many years on it. It's hard to find contractors that will actually return your call. If you have any doubts about repairing versus replacing your damaged furniture give them a call and they will change your mind with the customer service. Thanks again Ricky and Team.

After meeting Ricky from a service call on our sofa, we had John's Upholstery custom fabricate head rest flaps and arm rest covers for our sofa and loveseat. We are very please with the work that was done.It was very professional dealing with Ricky and Emelyn . Emelyn was very quick with giving us a quote and Ricky with his detail to craftsmanship was amazing. Ricky even delivered the finished product to our home, amazing service. We had cushions replaced for our diningroom chairs, and Emelyn did an amazing job on them! Very happy with the service!
I purchased a new sectional styled recliner from Dufresne and it unfortunately came to us damaged - we were put in touch with this company through our warranty provider and Ricky was able to fix our problem very quickly and most importantly properly, he even took the time to fix things he spotted without us having to point it out which was huge for us as we would have never known until the couch probably broke even more. Thanks Ricky you are awesome! Will definitely be doing business here again when the time comes.
