We spoke on the phone about a concern I had with my ring, and they were already great (advice: first review the ringmaker’s preference/policy on repairs - helpful!) Next, when I brought it in for review, while they were inspecting it, decided to go ahead and fix it — and handed back to me a perfectly polished and beautiful piece. No mention of a fee, just a big smile and happy holidays, come see us if you need us. Such an awesome team.
