Great experience here. My partner and I had purchased these rings in Hawaii from Tiffany. We did our best to select the correct size with advice from Tiffany and the assurance that the rings could be resized state side if necessary. Long story short, my ring ended up a half size too large. Tiffany had no interest in resizing my ring. They said it could not be done. Uhhh OK? I decided to try a local jeweler. We stopped by Simonto. He assessed the ring and agreed he could resize it. He said the diamond might pop out but if it did he could re mount it. The diamond didn't pop out and the the result is amazing! It fits great now. I couldn't be happier. We will be back for our next rings.
