We have used Joshua’s Pest control service for over 8 years. Jacob, our technician, was friendly, professional, and arrived on time and same with all their technicians. He took the time to ask about our problem areas and explained what he would be treating. He sprayed all necessary areas using environmentally safe products, which we really appreciate because of animals. The service also includes follow-up—he’ll come back if pests are still present between the regular two-month service visits. Overall, very thorough and reassuring service. Highly recommend

Craig is the supervisor for this company and he is truly amazing for going above and beyond for his services, I never heard anything ever about a pest control company that exceeds expectations. To the highest level of customer service! This is incredible! We had our first service with Joshua’s last week and couldn’t be more pleased. We scheduled with Abel who was efficient, professional, and friendly on the phone. We compared Joshua’s to one other company and they had better communication and rates. James B came out for the first service and he too was professional. We received a notification when he was on his way and he arrived within the scheduled window. He listened to our needs and concerns and clearly explained the steps he was taking. We’re glad to have Joshua’s recommended to us by our neighbors.

We love Joshua's! Our tech today, Jim B., was friendly, professional and thorough! He came to the door before he started treatment to ask if there were any areas of concern, and then checked with us again before he left. Very nice!! It's been our experience with the company that the techs AND office staff are all proud of the company and the work they do. We saved LOTS of money by switching from the big corporate pest control service to Joshua's. You will love Joshua's as much as we do. Try them!!
