We reached out to Joslyn Law Firm regarding a hit-skip charge and was put in contact with Justin McMullen. From start to finish, Justin was wonderful. He didn't hard sell us, he just told us the facts and walked us through what could happen. He was so honest and open that we didn't even consider another lawyer, we could tell Justin was who we needed. The case was dropped to failure to report an accident which was a minor misdemeanor and had a fine. After our last court date we got a chance to talk to him and really got a sense of his personality. He is such a kind and warm person. Thank you Justin and team for all you've done for us. Highly recommend and would absolutely use him again.

0 stars. Justin was not willing to fight for me at all, just wanted my money. Little to no contact during entirety of process. Constantly redirected to the secretary who knew absolutely nothing about my case. Justin never sat down with me to get any information and was only willing to talk with me briefly outside of the court room. Not to mention he never said anything on my behalf to the judge and simply sat back and let the prosecutor run the show. This was my very first time involved in the court system and I was confused throughout the entire process as nothing was explained to me. I explained this to him but he didn’t seem to care. In the end he stated it was my in my best interest to quickly close the case which meant pleading guilty, losing my rights, and having a criminal record for the rest of my life. I was probably better off with my public defender. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. There is someone else that would be willing to fight for you.

I cannot speak highly enough of this law firm and especially my attorney, Damon Davis. From the very first phone call, he was on my team and helped me each step of the way and made something that was terrifying and confusing into an approachable issue that we solved together. There are not enough words to praise Mr. Davis and I am eternally grateful for his hard work and dedication. When you need a lawyer, call him. It’ll be the best decision you ever made, I promise.
