They called me over and over for a week to get me to book an detailing appointment. They left voicemails and I finally received the call while I was off work so I booked the appointment. During the call, the rep asked me for my exact address to check if I was within their mile radius and he said my address was good. He charged me a deposit and then the day of the appointment (today), I received another message telling me they were coming shortly. About an hour before the appointment I get message canceling because my address is too far. It took a lot of planning and juggling my work and sons’ schedules to be home for this appointment only for them to cancel at the last minute.

Loved this mobile detail service. They showed up at my job and spent 3 hours cleaning my entire car, inside and out. It truly looks so amazing! It's almost 20 years old - I raised 2 soccer players in that car - and it looks like I never hauled filthy cleats and soccer balls in it. Definitely recommend and will be calling them again.

First time having a car detailed and JPR Mobile Detailing and the my did an amazing job. The appointment process was easy and I received text reminders before my appointment. Jose and team were running a bit behind on my appointment time, but were great about communicating that with me. My five year old Tacoma looks as good as the day I drove it off the lot. I’ll definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

Jose did a fantastic job on the detail. My car was a mess before from a dog, sand from the beach, eating in the car, etc. It’s sparkling clean looking brand new! Very detail oriented, took his time doing his absolute best work. 10/10 highly recommend!
