Great people to do business with. Very professional and very reasonable. As a funeral home we require a quick turnaround for the completion of documents so that funerals can take place in the home country of the deceased. JR understands the necessity of such urgency.
I've used this service twice. The first three documents were small/brief and the cost was reasonable. During my first review of the translation, there were a number of small errors. Upon submitting the errors for correction the second "draft" contained errors which I had originally pointed out. The third draft was error-free. The second set of documents sent for translation were longer in nature (two 8.5" x 11") and the cost was $608, including the $50 shipping charge. There were only two small edits required on the first draft. In both cases it took five days to receive these via FedEx. The $50 shipping charge (apparently) does not "expedite' shipping. Very disappointed, not in FedEx, but in the extended time between "approval" and receipt. :(
The translation was accurate but the certified translation was delivered three weeks after I approved it, this was despite me paying for expedited service, and calling to request that it be delivered promptly so that I could have the document ready for my scheduled appointment. Ultimately, I had to use the proof translation for my appointment.
Used the services to translate a birth certificate. I dropped off a copy at the Philly office and they mailed me the translated originals within a week. The process was very fast and we stayed in contact through email.
Jenny was amazing helping us with the translation for our equipment installation with the Engineer and our group. We could have not done it so effectively and efficiently without her speaking mandolin. Her professionalism and can do attitude made everything go smoothly.
