Wow, what a pleasant experience. Anthony and Miguel replaced my windshield and drivers door. They did a great job and are very professional and good guys. Spoke with Laura in the office several times and she is great as well. Highly recommend. Local businesses are the way to go. Thanks to everyone

Excellent and attentive service from start to finish. They did a great job replacing my windshield, and when I noticed a minor defect in the glass afterward, they promptly replaced it again at no charge. Their communication was clear and professional throughout, and they were very easy to work with. Highly recommend for quality work and great customer care.

Very friendly staff, took less than 15 minutes. Windshield crack went from big to fixed. Because of the type of the hit from the rock it didn't fully disappear but rather pay $85 for a fix than to replace the whole windshield for over $1200. Would definitely recommend others to try this place before calling insurance

Very pleased with the quality of work in terms of my windshield replacement, and I can’t praise Jeremy, Rebecca, and Laura’s customer service enough, but I’m disappointed in the lack of care and disregard for cleanliness after the work had been done by the techs. Residue/particles of materials were left on my seats and dashboard, and there are several scuffs and dirt marks on my passenger door siding, presumably where they had to stand to install the windshield. I’m a big proponent of treating other’s items with care and respect and would like to think it takes seconds to clean a mess that was a result of your work. The apathy in that regard is upsetting, but the work was quick and the claim process was incredibly easy. UPDATE: Jeremy and his team reached out to me immediately after seeing my review and they were adamant on making things right and I can’t speak highly enough of the grace in which they operate with and positive experience they want their customers to have. I will absolutely come back to JRD when I need glass work done and I can’t recommend this local business enough. I think I even made a friend in the process!

It’s doesn’t get any better than JRD!! I called over 10 windshield repair companies locally before driving to Round Rock. Not only were they the most affordable, they have amazing customer service. I read the reviews before calling and I knew immediately this was the company I was going to go with. Also, the service time was much shorter than I expected.
