Used the company for the same dinosaur bounce house slide combo for both sons birthday parties and was easy ordering, confirmed a wee out and the day before and gave a military discount for being retired Marine Corps. Set up and dismantle team was quick and out of the way. All in all great experience, will definitely use again.

We rented the “Joust” Ring for a thirty-something birthday party and it was such a hit. Communication was clear and consistent. Set up was early, we really appreciated that they cleaned the entire thing before leaving and pickup didn’t need us at all. Will definitely be working with Jump and Jam for all future party plans!

When the original bouncer I ordered was not looking up to their standards, they called me before I had even seen it to let me know that they would be replacing it with a different one. My family and I had a great experience with Jump and Jam. Their website and customer support team (Natasha and Ellie) were great to work with. There are a couple of block party and bouncy house providers for Long Island but after doing a lot of research I chose Jump and Jam. Not only is their website pricing transparent and helpful, their customer support team are also very responsive - and their on site team were also helpful and quick to setup. We chose a few of the bouncy houses for our block party along with the carnival games options. The kids loved it, parents had a great time, and overall A++ experience all around. Thank you and look forward to booking with you again for years to come.

Boom Box and Birthday Cake together was amazing! The install was perfect! The guys were very knowledgable about the equipment. I had a dozen questions about what was permitted and what was not to ensure safety and my kids did not cost me a fee. (I have two rambunctious boys) The houses were clean and sturdy. I had about 30 kids, ages 2-13. I even jumped! They’re was so much room! The Boom Box had lights and music. We were able to DJ with our phone and change the lights with the remote (so many more features too). We went into the night. So much fun!
