The booking process was quick and easy, and their communication was top-tier—they made sure every detail was covered. The equipment was clean, high-quality, and arrived right on time. Setup and breakdown were handled effortlessly, which made everything stress-free and allowed us to truly enjoy the event. The kids (and adults!) had an incredible time—nonstop fun, laughter, and great memories all around. What truly set this experience apart was Abel—he is truly a Godsend! He went above and beyond by even purchasing equipment specifically for my event that I requested. That level of dedication, care, and commitment is rare and speaks volumes about the heart behind this company. We had such a great experience renting from Jump Monkeys! They were super easy to communicate with, very friendly, and you can really tell it’s a family run business that cares about their customers. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, which made the whole process stress free. We’ll definitely be renting from them again in the future highly recommend!
