facility is great—it’s clean and has a lot of arcade machines, bowling, trampolines, and food service. However, my 1-star rating is due to the poor service from the person at the counter. When I arrived, I waited in line and told the staff member I wanted to rent a lane for an hour. They (Katia ,17 january 2025 8:30 pm )told me there was a 1 to 2-hour wait, so I stepped away and bought three $20 arcade cards to pass the time. After a while, I went back and specifically asked if there was a waiting list I should join; they told me 'no.' Thirty minutes later, I asked again if a lane was available, and I got the same dismissive response. It wasn't until my wife approached the counter and asked that the employee finally pointed to a list and told us we could sign up. My issue is the poor communication and lack of service. They failed to mention the existence of a waiting list from the very first moment I approached the counter. The main reason we came here was to bowl. I ended up spending nearly $89 and we never even got to play. What should have been a great family night was ruined by one person who clearly did not want to help their customers."
Great place for kids to burn energy! We had an awesome experience here. The facility was clean, safe, and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The kids had a blast jumping, climbing, and running around, and it’s a perfect spot for birthdays or just letting them get their energy out. Plenty of seating for parents and a fun, upbeat atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The facility is cool but don’t have you kids birthday party here. Our party tables were never prepared, everything was clean but not decorated for a party, no plates, no cups, balloons, no drinks. We didn’t get the party supplies until 20 minutes AFTER our party started. Our hostess was never around, I had to look for her every time we needed anything food, drinks and especially when a new guest came we waited long to get the bracelets. Every time I found her she was in the front office sitting and talking to people. We would order things and never get the items we ordered. It got soooo bad that my party guests were trying to help me get the items I needed, like pitchers of ice and water. Our hostess even told one of my guests that she wouldn’t bring 2 pitchers of water because the party was ending in 6 minutes. The issue with that is we had been asking for 2 pitchers of water for 30 minutes before that and they never came. I had to speak with the manager to finally get the water we ordered. The cake cutting started late because we were waiting for the knife, forks and a lighter. We only had 15 minutes to sing and pass out cake, before the party was over. For how much you spend on a party here the hostess should be attentive and we should get the items we order in a timely manner. We will not be have our kids parties here again.
Overall a fun place to take your kids but could use improvements. Some of the equipment needs upkeep and replacement. Place seemed a little understaffed, especially for a busy Saturday. We couldn't enjoy all of the jumping areas we paid for. Also concerned about cleanliness of ball pit area the kids use. Prices seem reasonable and food was good at least.
