This is my third of fourth year using Jumptastic for our annual Trunk Or Treat and their service is nothing short of amazing! Booking was a breeze, website is user friendly. Communication from the time of my booking until the day after the event was frequent. Attendants arrived timely the day of, notifying me prior to their arrival. Set-up was quick and they made time to make sure any questions were answered. Pick-up was also timely. The inflatables were in excellent condition and a great addition to our event. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Jumptastic for your inflatable and carnival type game needs and look forward to our next event!!

We ordered a bounce house/slide combo for our neighborhood fall festival. Jumptastic had excellent communication, polite and professional! The young men who can to set it up for us couldn’t have been nicer! Kids had a blast!! Excellent service!

Used Jumptastic to rent a bounce house for my son’s birthday last weekend. I really appreciated how easy and straightforward the process was and compared to similar companies they didn’t charge $100+ in random fees. They were communicative, on time, and the bounce house was clean and set up within 10 minutes. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent something similar. They were fantastic.

I had a great experience with renting an inflatable water slide from Jumptastic. The setup took about 10 minutes and the crew was personable and friendly. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the setup crew showed up 1.5 hours earlier than the time frame I was told so I wasn’t awake when they arrived since I had planned on them coming later in the morning. Just a miscommunication that could have been avoided but it wasn’t a big deal at all and wouldn’t let that detour you from renting from Jumptastic - wonderful company and I will be renting from them again! Thank you!

Great rental experience. Ran into an issue morning of my rental the slide I rented came back damaged the day before and couldn’t be fixed in time for my delivery. They worked with me to find a comparable slide and got it delivered hours before the party started. Set up was easy and fully taken care of my very knowledgeable and respectful crew that just wanted everything perfect for our party.
