LARGE BAGS OF PERLITE! (and vermiculite). FULL BALES OF STRAW! (and hay). Local nursery, local seeds. Gardeners know what I mean.

I love this garden center! They might not be able to compete with the big box stores for the lowest prices but their selection is expertly curated and the customer service is wonderful. Highly recommended for seeds, seedlings, trees, shrubs, potting soil mixes, and mulch of all kinds.

They have a fairly decent selection of houseplants but they are overpriced. Very nice people but I could get the same at home Depot for half the price. They may not be grown as specially as Jung's but it's all the same when you get them home

Do not buy bonsai pots or any other pot from Jungs. In WI one keeps bonsai in the garage here is a pic of a pot sold as a bonsai pot. It absorbed water in the garage and broke up. Jungs only has a 90 day guarantee, so I am out $105. Their other pots may not last all summer. In which case you are stuck!
