Tried Liquid Yoga for the first time with Kristi at the Westin Bayshore. Wonderful and relaxing experience with great guided instruction. Lots of laughter trying to balance on the water. It's also nice to go for a swim after. The water was nice and warm. A soothing and confidence-building experience overall.

What an incredible way to start my last day in Vancouver. The liquid yoga class was a welcome challenge. As someone who loves yoga, stand-up paddle boarding, and being outside, this class hit all high notes! Wish I lived closer and could take the class regularly!
