Very satisfied with the service provided. Just Right HVAC was able to send out a service technician 2 hours after I contacted them. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He had my Heating System up and running which in 90 minutes. He also pointed out some issues with my 22 year old furnace. He performed a Carbon Monoxide test and reassured me the system is running safe and I had time to evaluate my next move for replacing the system. Thank you Just Right.

My furnace started making a buzzing noise and a family member referred me to Just Right. Jose was the technician and he was very, very thorough! He showed me, while I was watching, his camera go through my furnace and explained why he was very concerned. There were several things but the main concern was there were several cracks. He gave me several options and the prices to repair parts but it wouldn’t take care of the cracks. My furnace is very old so I decided to replace it. Jose had his supervisor come give me an estimate. Vaughn was great! He is a pleasant, easy-going guy! He wasn’t pushy at all! I appreciate that he didn’t try to sell me the highest-priced, elite package! I think he would have been just as happy if I bought the basic package. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. He was very helpful and answered all my questions! He was positive and empathetic to having to spend so much money.
