In 2022, my vehicle needed a new battery, and I chose Just Tires for the service. It is now 2025, and I have continued to bring my vehicles to this location for all maintenance and repairs. Locating reliable mechanics can be challenging and I have had unsatisfactory service in the past from other places. At this location, Ivar and his team consistently exceed expectations with their customer service. They ensure I am thoroughly informed about every detail, from the time I drop off my vehicle until I pick it up. Although I reside in the west suburbs, I make the journey to this particular location because I have complete confidence that my vehicle is in capable hands.

I've been a loyal customer of Just Tires for many years and the consistent quality of service keeps me coming back! I recently had issues with my brakes and alignment. Ivar and his team quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly. The service was fast, efficient, and the brakes are working perfectly now. I have been going to this place for few years now. Ivar, one of the gentlemen that works there, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This is my third time going to Just Tires in Uptown on Broadway and I must say that my experience improves each time. They are amazing. This time I worked with Theo and the communication and service was great. I assume it is this good at all locations. I highly recommend them. They fixed a slow leak in one of my tires due to corrosion around the wheel which they cleaned. They rotated my tires and balanced my wheels as well which came with my purchase of tires in November that Theo told me I had coming and there was no charge. My confidence in them grows with each visit there. Douglas.

I got new tires from here almost a year ago. I also got an alignment done for the tires. When one of my tires got a flat some time after the initial install, I managed to get it repaired and another alignment for free. A few months after that I managed to end up with another flat on a different tire and took it there for repairs. Initially I thought it would take a lot longer than it did but was pleasantly surprised to be out and ready to go much sooner with the repairs being free. The service has always been friendly and quick. I would recommend going here for tire service.
