I am sitting in my car after fighting to get my laptop repaired for a week. I brought it in last Tuesday because the keys weren’t working and it wouldn’t turn on properly. They told me to give them until Sunday so I did and called and was told they were still waiting to figure out the issue. I call on Monday and I am told it was a motherboard issue and that it was “very complex” and I insist that I need this laptop or to make another purchase asap. I was told I’d get a quote by the end of the day which I did not receive. I called yesterday and spoke to the owner Juvix and just picked up my laptop that was apparently a “simple fix” the whole time. Pretty ridiculous although I have to appreciate the owners for being on the ball there.

I took my boyfriend’s PC to be repaired. Since we got there the people was very nice and friendly. They say they can fix the problem and they did. We are very happy with their work. Thank you very much!!!

My son’s PS5 was overheating and kept shutting off. It was repaired in less than 24 hours at a very reasonable price. Communication was excellent—he sent pictures of the damaged parts and clearly explained what needed to be fixed. I would highly recommend his services.

A couple of months ago, there was an issue with my Chromebook screen (I think it was a lighting issue.) So I sent it to Juvix the Tech Guy, and I finally got it back today, and they completely fixed the screen! Honestly these guys are amazing, they were extremely patient and helpful for me (I didn't have the payment for an order that they needed but they told me I could pay it anytime, and also after that. they fixed my laptop and they told me I can pick up my laptop anytime.) Great customer service! Thank you guys so much! I would definitely return here if I have an another issue!

These guys are awesome. They were able to install an operating system on my 2013 vintage MacBook. Before that it wasn’t running well due to incompatibility issues. They were able to wipe the hard drive clean and do a fresh install. They will even preserve your data for you at an extra cost. Now it’s running like new. I think I can get another five years at least out of it. They charged me exactly $90.10.
