Idrees was amazing today!! Words can describe how easy he made the process of my repair and anthea was also super helpful in installing accessories for me after. Definitely will be coming back to these guys if I need anything!

Pleased with the service, spent more than any other kiosk quoted me but these guys are only actual repair company in the mall that uses premium parts. Idrees was awesome in explaining why their repairs costed more and when he was done i saw why. Screen quality looked the same as the original and they are the only ones who give a warranty against their screens having defects. I see why the reviews are so positive and i would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a professional phone repair done properly!

Incredible service from idrees today in my cellphone repairs. From the moment I came in he was courteous and professional and even though the store was busy he took care of everyone in an amazing manor and I was impressed by his customer service. To say I am amazed is an understatement I went to Apple 5 minutes before and they were charging me 600 for my repairs since I didn’t have insurance or Apple care but I told them I believe it was the screen because I could hear my calls but my screen was black they “tried” everything aside from looking at my screen itself I came to this store anthea advised me that she believes it’s the screen and it’s 150 to repair it and if that did not resolve the issue she would not charge me for the screen replacement and she kept her word it was my screen so I had to pay lol but she saved me time and money in ONLY 20 minutes before you pay apple please stop by and give them a chance they are located across from auntie Anne’s on the second floor the same as Apple just better prices thanks again they are amazing.
