Nice people. I didn’t expect to have to decline further service after it took them a very long time to make an offer to refund my money. After waiting 4 months I requested a refund because they told me they could handle my cases that I describe to them. However, I didn’t feel like the communication effort was intact as it should have and a I started feeling like they where no longer interested in dealing with the troubles I experienced and presented to them. They made me feel duped into relinquishing my case data just so they could get the information for some other purposes other than legally pursuing my remedies. But at lease they gave me a professional refund unlike many other companies that entitle themselves to other peoples money. However I didn’t get my concerns addressed in or out of court as needed and jumping from attorney to attorney consultation has become very redundant.

This firm, Jaime Papa, has been more than amazing in completing not one, but two cases for us! I also need to give a hand to Tabitha who was an amazing listener from start to finish and responds quickly if you need her. It has been a rough journey working with previous attorneys and thankfully we found Jaime and his team to take over and who took a lot of the stress off our shoulders.
