I was in the unfortunate position of being sued in small claims court and very stressed about it. I'm a little confused. I checked the website, and they said to call for a consultation for a service listed on their site. When I called however, the coordinator stated that they do not handle these types of cases and I need to call another firm. *** I reached out to Mr. Migliaccio as he instructed in his response and he responded very quickly and provided with me a few recommendations. One of which, I had connected with previously. So that just validated my decision. Thanks for your willingness to help! I appreciate the open communication.

Went here to get a “college package” of legal documents for 18 year old. The documents shouldn’t just be for college kids, but anyone who hasn’t had these documents done before— financial POA, Healthcare directive, medical POA, and will. We used my employer’s LegalEase benefit. It was easy to set an appointment with them. We met over the phone. Then a link was emailed to fill out some basic information for the legal documents. Then we met in their office to do the actual signing. We were taken into a private room to conduct our signing. Explanations of what we were signing were clear and they patiently answered our questions. We walked out with our signed originals. By the end of the day, they had emailed a scanned copy of all of our documents. Overall a great experience.
