Love this place and K she’s so sweet! She’s also knowledgeable on movement and the body. The first time I came in I was so nervous but after that my body was so flexible, She’s helping me with my form and posture. She also has the cutest gym outfit! Love her Valentine’s card on the walls bc my name is on there🫶🏼. Love that her studio is OCPD clean, and I will help clean my messy matt after as well 😅. She also has an early morning classes. Which work well for my schedule. Easily my favorite K pilates studio!!!🎀✨🧸💖

My favorite place. I’ve been going to kaelin for 2 years now & couldn’t be happier. If you actually want a REAL workout where you will 100% sweat, shake, & be sore the next day this is the place for you.

l've been coming to K Pilates since June 2024 and it's been the best decision of my life!! Kaelin is the sweetest, most hardworking, incredibly knowledgeable about the body, and a very dedicated Pilates instructor. Each and every class is challenging, but approachable, yet very rewarding afterwards! I always leave with a smile on my face knowing I'm feeling stronger, more aligned, and energized. She has created such a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to keep showing up for more. Whether you're a new or returning client, her studio makes you feel at home because it's a peaceful place to be at. If you're looking for an instructor who genuinely cares about your progress, corrects your form, and your wellbeing, Kaelin truly is THE best around and I say this wholeheartedly! I have seen incredible improvements in my strength, posture, and confidence. Because of Kaelin and her motivation, she has helped me be my healthiest and best version of myself. Coming to K Pilates is my second home away from home. I love being a K Pilates girl!

There’s no one kinder and sweeter than K. She’s also EXTREMELY knowledgeable on movement and the body. The first time I came in I was so nervous but she was so kind, reassuring, and hands-on in regards to helping me with my form and posture. She also throws the cutest holiday events! Her studio is always clean, and the energy is sooo welcoming. Easily my favorite pilates studio.

From the first class I walked into at K Pilates, I knew I had found a home. Kae is extremely educated, professional and will get you to your ultimate body goals. I have never felt stronger and more confident. Pilates has changed my life and I absolutely love this community kae has built. If you need a good sweat, meet new friends and want to look sexy while doing it… BOOK A CLASS!
