There's a few things about K1 that could make it much better: 1. Online check in doesn't work. Have to wait two hours every time. 2. Slow/inconsistent speeds and quality control. You can be WOT the entire time and still not be fast enough to pass. You don't need to let off the accelerator ever. Employees say they can increase speed and yet never do. 3. Rules enforcement is hit or miss. Some people intentionally blocking traffic and causing jams. No different than commuting, but that's the problem. Those people should be removed. 4. Car QC. Have been with my son several times and he was placed in a car today with an overly stiff steering wheel. It wasn't able to turn out of the gate, then at turn 3/4, 7, and then 9. So on and so forth. A few laps in and still nobody checked the steering. I was unable to help as I was also racing and he told me after the race that it was 10x harder to turn than any other time and had blisters on his hands after. It pisses me off that nobody bothered to check the car. I figured that would be the first thing they would do. These are all very fixable issues. I would love it if they would and wouldn't have an issue paying such a steep price to wait two hours and then spend another 10 minutes frustrated.

We had a 12th birthday here and it went very smoothly. Bob, the gentleman helping us, kept us on track and provided all necessary information. Food was pretty good and there were quite a few options to choose from, not just pizza. One of the cars did stop working in the final laps so that was confusing. Overall, they enjoyed racing. While I do feel it’s expensive, it was a great experience.

Very attentive and patient staff when a question or need arises. We love coming here, we have been a few dozen times over the years, and have always walked away with a positive experience. Go make a purchase on Tuesday, buy two races and get one free. They sit in your account and you can use them another time. There are plenty of food and drinks to choose from that are decent and the pricing is reasonable. There is ample parking even when it is crowded.

Generally a good experience. Reservations and arrangements were easy and staff was very helpful. Communication was very good and they were always able to answer my questions and help me. The team was very flexible with offering alternatives as number of guests kept changing. Event itself was as promised. Everything was set up and on schedule. Food was good, hot, on-time, and enjoyable. Very few "could be better" comments but there were 4 things that could have improved our experience: 1. Refrigerator was broken so not available to store cake (not a big deal for us as cake didn't need it) 2. Cost is a little high and I wasn't expecting to be also asked to tip on top of that. 3. Medals were supposed to be "top 3 racers and the birthday person". But only 2 medals were given and nothing for the birthday person. Also, I wasn't aware they were doing the award ceremony so didn't get any pictures :(. 4. The birthday person was disappointed that you didn't offer pretzel bites. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

This is a great place to race go karts. They are about twice as fast as the Golfland locations and there electric so there is no gas exhaust fumes. My daughter is autistic, and I have been using this to build up her confidence in herself, and it's working. The team that works here is great. They do a good job of keeping racers safe, and they try to accommodate your needs, especially for kids.
