I recently moved and needed a place to bathe my dog after he picked up fleas. The staff was so helpful, they provided specialized shampoo and instructions on how to use it. Everything is right where you need it and easily accessible. They even helped me get him all settled in the tub. I truly cannot recommend this business enough, and I will definitely be back!!

I’ve used two brothers for years. It is always a great experience. They are good at nail trims and love the tubs for dog washing.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Brittany is our groomer and she’s always kind, gentle, and very professional. The entire staff is welcoming, helpful, and clearly cares about both pets and their owners. They also offer self-bathing services, which is a great option, but I personally prefer their grooming services because the results are always excellent. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit with my 3 month old standard poodle. From the moment I called to schedule a full service groom I was pleased with the customer service and educational information in the poodle cuts. Not to mention to mention when I arrived they were ready, no wait and the self service bathing areas are clean just as the entire building is. Everyone is so friendly. Brittany gave an excellent puppy cut and extra fluff to my standard poodle puppy panda. He left feeling like a model. Excellent customer service. Everything is clean and tidy and it doesn’t even smell like a groomer building. A bonus is there no kennels or caging. They are amazing. Not to mention toon they have a fully stocked store for your dogs everyday essentials. I highly recommend.

I have a very skiddish small dog. He absolutely hates showers and he's not good with groomers, on multiple occasions I've tried taking him and I get complaints that he likes to nip so taking him to get a wash and cut is very stressful for me. I live in an apartment that doesn't have a dog wash, and my dog sheds like crazy so washing him in my apartment just isn't going to work. I was driving around the area one time and noticed the self wash sign one day and decided to give it a try. I finally went a couple days ago, the staff greeted me very kindly and answered all the questions I had and explained how everything worked. I will definitely be coming back, I have finally found a place to go to, I feel at ease, I'm thoroughly impressed and im happy to have discovered this hidden gem!!!
