If I hadn’t attended before I would have been put off reading some reviews on here. It’s a lovely place, gave me a good feeling. Can’t remember anyone’s name, but the people (Buddhist people sorry haven’t got a clue) are lovely genuine people. Meet some lovely people there when I done a meditation course, and I am going again soon x

I was visiting Liverpool and went in for a meditation class led by the wonderful Kelsang Gogden. I was given a real Liverpool welcome and made to feel so at home. I'm hoping to make it back for some of the evening classes. I also wanted to give a special thank you to Brian who was on the door, showed me the way to the. beautiful garden and helped me out more than I could possibly have expected with a beautiful book. Thank you.

Wonderful oasis of tranquility. If you're interested in developing inner peace, or learning about Buddhism then this place is a must. The community here is wonderful and the resident teacher - Gen Tilopa is a very experienced Buddhist monk, who has a gift for guiding meditation and also for giving clear explanations of all of Buddha's teachings on gaining liberation and enlightenment. Highly recommended x

Wonderful place. Love the sangha here. Friendly and welcoming. Kelsang Gogden is a credit to the robes and a great role model. The shrine has been updated and looks lovely. See photo!
